July 4th Parade
Our Residents were excited to celebrate Independence Day 2020 at our Home.
Everyone created their own colorful sign in preparation for our July 4th, first-ever, Motorcade Parade! It was so exciting, even Uncle Sam came to our festivities on a motorcycle.
Our families decorated their vehicles in red, white and blue flags, balloons, and decorations. They formed an exciting motor parade around our Home.
Our Residents, dressed for the occasion in the same red, white and blue. All ready for the Parade to start, they raised their signs and voices in cheer as the celebrations began. Around went the motorcade, and up went the shouts of delight as our Residents greeted their families parading the colors of our great nation.
Everyone participated in social distancing and good health practice as the fun continued on and on.
It was a beautiful day at our Home. It was a beautiful day for our country. Everyone had a wonderful time.
By the way, the scoop is out; Uncle Sam was really the son of one of our Residents!
Happy Independence Day, America!
