The more than 130 members of the St. Augustine Home Guild count it a privilege to stand beside the Little Sisters of the Poor at the St. Augustine Home in Indianapolis, in support of their benevolent work caring for the elderly poor during the final years their lives.
Since 1967, the St. Augustine Home Guild has played a valuable role helping the elderly poor in our community. We help the Little Sisters of the Poor by volunteering at St. Augustine Home helping with daily duties as well as caring for and working with the residents. Additionally, we sponsor an annual spring fundraiser, the “Hats Off To Spring Luncheon and Fashion Show” which benefits the operation of St. Augustine Home by the Little Sisters of the Poor.
The Guild is a group of women of all ages, faith backgrounds and abilities from central Indiana.
